PLANT NURSERY OPERATIVE – EVESHAM

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Start Date: Immediate start available
Location: Evesham
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 07:00 – 15:00 (Later finishes when busy)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

SourceCo are proud to be working in partnership with a nationally recognised horticultural business based in Evesham, now looking to expand their team of Plant Nursery Operatives.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team within a thriving, fast-paced nursery environment.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

No previous experience required – full training provided. A good work ethic and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather is essential.

Potting, planting, and general plant care
Picking and preparing plants for dispatch
Labelling and tagging stock accurately
Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries
