We’re seeking a Plant & Operations Manager to partner with our Production Manager in leading our manufacturing facility. This role is all about keeping schedules on track, streamlining workflow, driving safety, and inspiring the best in our people and processes.

• Plan & Schedule: Build and manage production schedules to keep projects on time.
• Lead the Team: Motivate and support team members, fostering teamwork and accountability.
• Track Performance: Monitor and report on KPIs to identify wins and opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee Equipment: Manage preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs.
• Champion Safety: Lead health & safety programs, ensuring compliance with WorkSafeBC standards.
• Manage Resources: Monitor inventory, coordinate with purchasing, and support facility upkeep.
• Drive Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing and process improvements to boost efficiency.
