We are hiring a full-time Plant Operations worker at our facility in Vernon, BC to support our continued growth. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to learn new skills and grow within our company. Extended benefits after 3 months.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Package and label finished products.
• Assist with mixing and pouring chemical solutions.
• Box and prepare customer orders for shipping.
• Document production runs and maintain quality control records accurately and legibly.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Work various positions on the production line.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
• Perform related duties as required and assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs regularly.
• Minimum high school degree or diploma required.
• Strong work ethic, attention to details, and positive team attitude.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Ability to stand and walk on a continual basis throughout the shift.
• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
• Knowledge of GMPs is an asset.
• Mechanical aptitude is an asset.
• Forklift certification is an asset.
