Description

Our client is growing like crazy, and we are hiring new folks for our team. We’re currently seeking for General Labors & Warehouse Operators for a leading manufacturing company in Bapchule, AZ. Ideal candidates are safety-conscious, reliable, and experienced in material handling in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Location: Onsite – Bapchule, AZ 85121

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, seed production, or mechanical/farm work.
  • Ability to handle 50lb bags as needed.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and flexibility.
  • Mechanical and technical aptitude preferred.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Forklift experience preferred; certification provided.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards including Lockout Tagout (LOTO) and Confined Space Entry (CSE).
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

GENERAL LABOR TASKS:

  • Participate in day-to-day seed count, bagging, and treating operations.
  • Operate and manage automatic seed sampling equipment.
  • Assist in packaging seed and obtaining QA samples.
  • Monitor packaging appearance including printing, barcoding, and wrapping.
  • Support carryover blending and inventory counts.
  • Perform general repairs of bag placers, baggers, treaters, and palletizers.
  • Maintain accuracy in seed/lbs, bag weights, and treater calibration.

WAREHOUSE OPERATOR TASKS:

  • Load and unload goods from trucks and other vehicles.
  • Move goods packed on pallets, crates, and totes within the facility.
  • Stack goods in designated storage bays following inventory control instructions.
  • Perform equipment checks including battery recharging and lubrication.
  • Remove machine attachments and waste materials.
  • Examine products for quality standards.
  • Use RF scanner guns and tablets for data entry and communication.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Load bulk trucks with liquid products using a bulk loading system.
  • Hook hoses to compartments on tanker trailers and pump products onto trucks.
  • Fill package orders including totes, drums, and pails.
  • Conduct light maintenance such as PVC piping installation and hose replacement.
  • Maintain overall plant cleanliness.
  • Operate forklifts (client certification provided).
