Purpose of the role:

In this position, you will ensure the smooth operation of modern cutting, portioning, and packaging equipment. With your quality awareness and meticulous work ethic, you will ensure that high-quality cheese specialties are processed efficiently and delivered on time. At the same time, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows and production processes.

Your tasks:

• Operating, monitoring and coordinating modern cutting and packaging systems
• Operation of slicing, portioning and packaging lines
• Performing cleaning, maintenance and repair work
• Ensuring a smooth production process
• Conducting quality controls and adhering to production and hygiene guidelines
• Active participation in the optimization of processes and workflows

Your profile:

• Experience in the food industry is an advantage.
• Enjoyment of working with high-quality food
• Team player, reliable and resilient personality
• Good German skills, both spoken and written.
• Independent, precise and efficient work style
• Interest in ERP systems and digital processes
• SUVA forklift license is an advantage
