Fulton Hogan's Stabilisation Division is seeking a full-time Plant Operator to join our team based in Hazelmere. This role involves working on a range of pavement stabilisation and construction projects. You’ll need to be flexible, as work may include weekends, night shifts, and periods away from home. We’re looking for candidates who have experience in pavement construction, or those eager to learn and develop in this field. Key Responsibilities: Operate mobile plant equipment (e.g. stabiliser, spreader, roller, water cart, loader). Undertake pavement construction and maintenance activities. Work safely around live traffic environments. Participate in toolbox meetings, pre-starts, risk assessments and project specific reporting. To be successful, you will have: Previous road construction or stabilisation (advantageous). A strong work ethic and proactive attitude. Commitment to our Living Safely culture. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, nights and away from home when required. A valid driver’s licence (HR, HC or MC would desirable). Construction induction (White) card.
