Fulton Hogan is looking for a Plant Operator to join the Blending team at our McGraths Hill facility. The appointee will be self-motivated, have a keen interest in Fixed Plant Production and will work closely with the Blending and Emulsion team to promote and build our business. What we need from you? Previous experience in a production environment with PMB Blending / Emulsion or Asphalt is highly desired but not crucial. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes: Excellent communication and organisational skills. Knowledge of industry related standards and specifications. Ability to work within tight deadlines in a quality manner. Carrying out plant inspection check lists. Maintaining a neat and tidy site and work area. Have experience in fixed Plant operations and maintenance Initiating and communicating ideas that improve efficiency, reduce waste and costs. Responsibilities
The Plant Operator will work within the Blending team to manage fixed plant production and perform regular site inspections. Responsibilities include maintaining a tidy work area, participating in safety meetings, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
