EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as a Plant Operator or in a similar role is preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts as required by production needs.
