OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Plant Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our plant processes. This position requires a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring equipment, maintaining production standards, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience as a Plant Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and machinery operation is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts as required by production needs.
• A commitment to safety practices and environmental regulations is essential.

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise during production.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including output levels and equipment performance.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to plant operations.
