Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring, operating, and maintaining all plant equipment, including chillers, pumps, boilers, compressors, and water systems.
  • Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with Hilton standards and local regulations.
  • Recording operating parameters, analyzing performance, and reporting irregularities promptly.
  • Supporting energy conservation initiatives and ensuring compliance with Hilton’s LightStay sustainability program.
  • Assisting the engineering team with daily operations, emergency procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Ensuring all equipment rooms and plant areas are well-maintained, clean, and hazard-free

A Plant Operator serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should demonstrate the following:

  • Previous experience as a Plant Operator or in a similar role, ideally within hospitality or large-scale facilities.
  • Technical knowledge of central plant equipment and building systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and operating parameters.
  • A commitment to safety, energy efficiency, and environmental responsibility.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and handle emergency situations.
  • Team spirit and a proactive attitude
