JOB OVERVIEW

Nu Staff Recruitments Lydney based client are looking for a Plant operator - either a Forklift driver who will get JCB driver training or a JCB driver. Driving licence would also be essential as will be driving a concrete mixer. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient movement of goods within the facility, contributing to our overall operational success.

SKILLS

• Previous forklift experience or JCB experience (preferred).
• Experience in commercial driving or operating heavy machinery is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective teamwork.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Operate JCB and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Driving mixing truck
• tidying around the plant and the mixer truck
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure functionality and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties.
