ABOUT THE POSITION

Corangamite Shire Council is looking for a Plant Operator to support the construction and maintenance of Council’s road network, property, and facilities.

The main responsibilities will include:

• Operating and maintaining plant in an efficient and safe manner on construction and maintenance jobs.
• Maintaining and monitoring traffic control and safety signing on the job as required.
• Undertaking routine machine checks with regard to safe legal operation, fluid levels and lubrication points.
• Maintaining accurate time sheets and work program documentation.
