The Plant Optimization Practitioner will lead the delivery of a cultural change process through the implementation of the various Plant Optimization (PO) within our manufacturing locations in ASEAN (Thailand or indonesia). As one of the managers in the manufacturing function, you will act as the primary plant optimization subject matter expert inside the plants (in conjunction with site Plant Optimization Leaders while on site). You will teach, coach and mentor leaders and associates on the various pillar methodology to drive a sustainable implementation as per replication plan.
Job Responsibilities:

You will deliver educational materials to all associates (either directly or indirectly through “teach the teacher” methodology) in order to effectively implement the various foundations and pillars of the Plant Optimization process. Foster a culture of moving forward in a change environment & continuously assuring buy-in & ownership at all levels.
