What will you do in this role? APOP Accountable for the plant Annual Procurement Operational Plan (APOP) and its execution. Alignment with key stakeholders (category, plant cross functional team, Line of Business) to define plant procurement strategies, which includes category strategy, productivity target, Quality and delivery performance, sustainability initiatives, digitization, contract, inventory, and payment terms. Track and communicate Key Performance Indicators, define action plans to meet above targets Animate monthly to quarterly review with respective stakeholders to drive performance Productivity Accountable for the material productivity performance of the plant. Responsible for productivity performance forecast, and for ensuring (with the support of PSL) consistency between planned and realized savings during the monthly reconciliation committee (PPM, PSL, plant finance) Monitor negotiation actions and their results Provide coaching and support to the PSL for the management of technical and supplier change actions (identification and progress) with escalation process within the purchasing function and/or the plant. Identification, with the PSL, of new actions to reach the targets in term of productivity by lever Supplier Management Supports Plant Quality & Managers on supplier performance for critical cases, in internal escalation process after SQME & SSCME’s implications Participates to the monthly Supplier Performance Meeting with the Plant. Informs the plant of short and middle term Quality & Logistic risks coming from supplier market. Support VF growth ambition - secure supplier capacity readiness (including Tiers2 supply base for Contract Manufacturing) in line with category Supplier Orientation Charts. Supplier Market Informs the Plant about supplier market significant changes and warns the Plant if risks are identified.
