PLANT QA SUPERVISOR岗位职责： 1、带领团队执行日常在线检验和成品检验，确保生产符合规格要求并满足公司质量体系规范。 2、在SAP系统中维护成品质量状态以保障质量。 3、当原料或成品出现偏差时进行问题排查，并协调组织内多层级人员（生产、仓储、采购、物料计划、客户服务、销售、产品开发、质量保证等部门）共同决策，并跟进质量改进项目进展。 4、负责原材料与成品规格更新及SAP系统录入。 5、处理生产质量保证相关事务，包括检验报告、特殊放行、退货检验等。 6、配合产品开发部门进行产品试产工作。 end
