  • A keen eye for detail and a result driven approach
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
  • Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods.
  • BSc/ Ba in business administration or relevant field
  • Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
  • 5-10 years of experience working with quality tools and methodologies
  • Experience with ISO/AS quality systems
  • Management experience with direct reports desired.
  • Must possess organizational skills with the ability to use resource materials to manage multiple projects
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
  • Devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes
  • Maintains ISO/ASME and NBBI registrations, as applicable.
  • Coordinates assists in external audits by customers, corporate quality, and ISO registrar.
  • Manage non - confirmande disposition and trend analysis
  • Maintains and controls procedures, instructions, and records.
  • Supervises quality personnel / technicians including training, direction, controlling work procedures, etc. to meet objectives.
  • Implements quality control guidelines and procedures to ensure that raw materials and finished goods comply with engineering and product specifications.
  • Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback.
  • Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements.
  • Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives.
  • Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures.
