You can too, Join us!     As a Plant Quality Specialist you will be part of the Manufacturing based in Porcia, Friuli-Venezia Giulia for a permanent contract.  As a Plant Quality Specialist, you are responsible for the quality of processes and product outputs and ensure full APQP application to handover the capable serial process related to special characteristics, You act as a quality reference and represent the voice of customers, Therefore, the position holder is responsible for the quality of all references manufactured within his or her scope and constantly strives to improve its production processes.   Your mission Continuous Improvement        Contribute to consolidating customer feedback by providing innovative solutions to reduce the occurrence of NCs. Propose quality improvements in its sector, moving from part control to control of the manufacturing process. Performi Gemba walks and audits to identify risks and follow up action plans. Product and process conformity Guarantee the quality of the products or components manufactured in its sector by improving the 0 defect detection process and bringing the process under control by guaranteeing the capability for special characteristics. Participate in improving the robustness of the production process for which he/she is responsible. Contribute to Ensuring ISO 9000 compliance and quality certifications for the site by applying all elements of the Group's Quality System. Decide on the acceptance of non-conformity and coordinate the corrective actions (QRQC). Guarantee control of processes (IPC - SPC) to avoid internal and external epidemics Participate and lead problem-solving groups (QRQC, etc.). Manage the Quality Incoming routines and drive efficient and effective complaint management to suppliers (external / internal)  Management       Lead and develop quality training for operational staff. Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Energy   Apply and enforce the rules regarding Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Energy of the area. Listen to employees and alert their manager or the authorized person in case of any problem. Gages and Means management           Ensure calibration of all means used in manufacturing. Manage NC for any measurement means. Quality standards          Contribute to Drawing updating and developing Quality inspection sheets and KPI in line with the control plan. Ensure technological survey of new methods of monitoring and optimizing control means. Prepare the validation of control processes and instruction sheets for the Quality Assurance department.   Your profile Several years of experience in quality roles within an industrial/ manufacturing environment. Proven experience in non-conformity and customer complaint management, system and process audits as well as quality documentation and management systems. Experience in automotive, electrical, mechanical, or structured industrial environments is preferred. Familiarity with standards and methodologies such as: ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 (if applicable) APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan (depending on industry requirements) Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Management, Materials, or related fields) or alternatively, a technical diploma with solid experience in quality roles. Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree or post-graduate courses in Quality Management Lean, Six Sigma, or Auditor certifications Industry-specific training (e.g., automotive standards, safety, regulatory requirements)   What we offer?
