As a Recruiter for our plants, you’ll play a key role in building the teams that power our production sites. As part of our dynamic HR team, you’ll be the expert driving recruitment excellence across our production locations. You’ll partner with Plant HR and hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire the best talent — while strengthening our position as a top employer in the food industry. What you’ll do 1. Recruitment for Plants Manage the full recruitment cycle for plant positions; Partner closely with Plant HR Manager and hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles; Proactively source candidates through multiple channels (social media, networks, job boards, local partnerships); Conduct first-round interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages; Continuously improve the recruitment process using insights from data, feedback, and market trends. 2. Employer Branding for Production Sites Develop and execute local employer branding initiatives that position our plants as top employers in the food industry; Manage and enhance our online presence through the career site, social media, and local job platforms; Represent the company at career fairs, open days, and technical school partnerships; Stay on top of labor market trends and translate them into concrete recruitment actions for the plants. 3. Talent Pool & Partnerships Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and critical roles at the plants; Foster partnerships with vocational schools, universities, and technical training centers; Coordinate internships, graduate programs, and early-career initiatives to attract young professionals. 4. Vendor Management Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies; Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate terms to ensure quality and efficiency; Build long-term partnerships that enhance recruitment success and employer brand visibility. What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; 5 +years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an industrial or production environment; Knowledge of de local labor markter; Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern sourcing tools; Experience in developing and executing employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies; Fluency in both English and Dutch; Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
