Description

Based in Huntly, Shinagawa has an impressive and unequalled refractory heritage. Proud to be the largest refractory supplier in the region, Shinagawa Refractories has been operating in Huntly since its establishment in 1987.
Specialised in the production of refractories (heat-resistant materials), with a secondary plant due to open in late 2025, this is a great opportunity to be part of a committed and skilled team with opportunities for growth, development and cross functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

As Plant Supervisor you will be leading the day-to-day operations of the Huntly facility. In this hands-on role, you will organise and oversee all resources (both people and equipment) to ensure production, safety, quality and targets are achieved.
Reporting to the Plant Manager with strong connection to the Australian team, this role leads operations in a key facility with real impact on company performance. You will drive continuous improvement, coordinate production activities and manage workforce performance with a strong focus on workplace health and safety.
