Are you passionate leader that has a desire to achieve results? Boral Concrete are actively seeking a hands-on Plant Supervisor. We are looking for an individual who can bring to our team, effective and hands on leadership.
Lead and support our dynamic team at Boral’s Finley Concrete Plant and play a key role in Building Something Great.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will play a key part in ensuring the plant is operating to its highest standards. This role will be to oversee operations and will involve day-to-day decision making, delegation of tasks and enforcing of safety rules, policies and procedures whilst also ensuring the plant’s presentability is at a high level.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Experience in leading & supervising teams in site operations
• Experience in batching and/or concrete industry and are looking for an opportunity to step up and show leadership capabilities.
• Strong communication and delegation skills
• A passion and desire to achieve results
• Flexibility and willingness to cover several responsibilities across the plant as required.
