Job Description ABOUT YOUR ROLE: To perform the Supply Planning tasks for ASEAN coater plants, both RYP (Rayong, Thailand) and BGP (Bangi, Malaysia). YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Distribution of WIP (Work in Progress) & FG (Finished Goods) from Plant to DC’s across ASEAN and maintaining a healthy inventory position across the network including reviewing master data setup as required Liaise with Order fulfillment team & inform them of pre-alert them of potential shortages & work with plant teams for mitigating actions Communication to Order fulfillment and Demand team regarding the changing of supply including; supply source change, supply item change and tentative transition period. Being the contact window of Non-ASEAN and Non-ANZ (Australia & New Zealand) order inquiries and communication & follow-up for orders to utilize RM (Raw Material) inventory and plants capacity per forecast. Maintaining TOs (Transfer Order) data, to ensure that TO’s due date is up to date and pricing is correct. Support in cases of distribution requirement for samples across ASEAN Being part of the improvement projects. In charge of cost-benefit analysis from a Supply Chain perspective. Performing any other related assignments as assigned by the superior. Qualifications WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU: A Proactive, team player with a customer-focused mindset & good analytical & communication skills Bachelor or Master Degree in Logistic & Supply chain, Management, Science, Business Admin, Industrial Engineering or any related fields. 3 to 4 years experience in Supply Chain fields and having the good knowledge in Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, S&OP and Inventory Management. Self initiated and ability to work effectively to meet the deadline Good in MS Excel and experienced in ERP systems would be advantageous. Responsibilities

The supervisor will manage supply planning tasks for ASEAN coater plants in Thailand and Malaysia, focusing on distributing Work in Progress and Finished Goods across the network while maintaining healthy inventory levels. Responsibilities also include liaising with order fulfillment, communicating supply changes, managing transfer order data, and supporting improvement projects.
