Essential Job Functions: Pull and pack foliage and blooming plants for fulfillment of sales order Enter accurate delivery details for shipping by computer Receive foliage and blooming plants Organize and distribute plants to benches Provide water and care to plants as needed Share department housekeeping duties Help customers with plant selection and packaging Invoice customers with accuracy Qualifications Horticulture degree, or currently in school, a huge plus! Accuracy and attention to detail Plant knowledge helpful Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to work efficiently at a quick pace Ability to prioritize multiple tasks Ability to work as a team Self-motivated Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 60lbs.
