JOB SUMMARY

MUST HAVE: Structural Steel Shop/ Welding Experience.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery and ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience as an Operator or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with operating machinery and understanding of manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude is beneficial.

• Must have Crane experience
• Operate and monitor machinery during production runs to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to prevent malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise, making adjustments as necessary to maintain production flow.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and any incidents that occur.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of equipment and processes.
