Description Experienced Plasma Table Operator - Full Time We are hiring an experienced Plasma Table Operator who takes pride in precision cutting, efficient setups, and safe, high-quality production, we want to talk to you. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of CNC programming, material selection, and plasma table optimization. Base pay is $19-$21 per hour. Responsibilities: Lead plasma table programming, setup, and operation with minimal supervision Interpret complex drawings, blueprints, and cut lists to ensure accurate part production Select and stage raw materials; load/unload using crane or fork truck Troubleshoot equipment issues and contribute to process improvements Maintain clean, organized work areas and precise documentation Support production efficiency by grinding/de-burring parts as needed Work Environment: Hands-on industrial setting with PPE requirements and potential occasional respirator use. Candidates using tight-fitting respirators must be clean-shaven in the seal area. Exposure to noise, temperature changes, dust, and other industrial conditions. Requirements **Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana.** Strong background in CNC-based programming (waterjet, machining, laser, or similar) Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor or comparable software Deep understanding of fabrication workflows and safety-sensitive environments Ability to lift 50 lbs independently (100 lbs with assistance) Ability to frequently stand, bend, push, pull, and various repetitive motions Use of Personal Protective Equipment A commitment to craftsmanship, accuracy, and safe operation
