We have an opening for a new team member to work within our housing contracts .

The role
As a plasterer, you will be expected to carry out all aspects of domestic / commercial works and property maintenance .Due to the style of work we undertake we need trades in all areas and /or multi skilled. Damp & Mould .
- Prepare surfaces before applying plaster such as cleaning and smoothing them
- Mix plaster ingredients to desired consistency
- Apply plaster to walls or ceilings
- Create decorative textures in finishing coats
- Repair cracks and holes in existing plasterwork, Damp works
- Understand & carry out works on Damp & mould
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plaster and their applications
- Ability to use hand tools like trowels and floats
- Familiarity with power tools for mixing and cutting plaster
- Understanding of masonry work and roof structures
- Understanding of Damp & Mould
