Magnum Build Ltd. is a well-established construction company based in Coventry, specializing in high-quality residential projects. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Plasterer to join our team and help us deliver top-notch finishes for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastering and related construction tasks, with the ability to work effectively on various projects, including renovations and restorations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in plastering with a strong understanding of various techniques and materials.
• Valid UK driving licence and own transportation
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in plastering
• Ability to board and plaster walls and ceilings to a high standard
• Ideally experienced in rendering
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: £20.00-£25.00 per hour
  Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

• Apply plaster, stucco, and other finishing materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, smoothing, and applying necessary bonding agents.
• Boarding and plastering walls and ceilings
• Applying render where needed
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in all aspects of plastering.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
