YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience in working on planned maintenance and reactive emergency works within the Local Authority/Social Housing sector, in occupied homes and voids, is highly valuable in this role. An NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent is required, along with proficiency in all listed trades.

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum, dependant on experience
Equipment provided: Company Van (Full, Clean UK Driving Licence essential), Fuel Card, Purchase Card, Uniform, Samsung Tablet
