Practice Environment: Surgeon-centric model with full administrative and clinical support Support staff handles lead generation, marketing, consultations, scheduling, payments, and patient coordination High patient volume with no requirement to build or maintain your own schedule Dedicated anesthesia team with CRNAs exclusive to the practice Efficient layout with pre-op, post-op, and operating rooms in close proximity Procedures Performed: Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) Tummy Tucks Mommy Makeovers Breast Augmentations Lipo 360 & more Requirements Duties & Responsibilities: Perform aesthetic surgical procedures Deliver high-quality surgical care with a focus on patient safety and outcomes Collaborate with anesthesia team and clinical staff to ensure efficient OR flow Utilize streamlined facilities designed to minimize downtime between cases Maintain accurate and timely documentation of procedures and patient care Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient care as needed Communicate effectively with clinical teams to ensure continuity of care Adhere to all safety protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements Education & Experience: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) required Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery or relevant surgical specialty Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice (or willingness and ability to apply) Experience performing cosmetic surgical procedures preferred Mia Aesthetics is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
