Dave Barry Plastics, an Ingersoll Rand company, is a leading manufacturer of high-quality plastic products. We are looking for a Plastic Fabricator / Plastic Welder to join our growing team.
This role involves working with a variety of plastics to create bespoke, high-quality products. Full training will be provided, but experience using hand tools, routers, and workshop equipment is very important. If you have a background in carpentry, cabinet making, or similar hands-on work, we’d especially like to hear from you.

• Fabricate and weld plastic products to a high standard.
• Use hand tools, routers, and other workshop equipment safely and effectively.
• Read and follow technical drawings and instructions (training provided if needed).
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain a tidy and safe working environment.
