JOB TITLE: FACTORY SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 3,000 + Commission
Target: AED 200,000 per month
Reporting To: The Owner

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Factory Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in sales within other factories and specialize in selling plastic products, including disposable cutlery, safety helmets, and solar road warning lights. Additionally, they may opt to sell aluminum ladders from a separate department.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Mandatory: Proven experience in sales within other factories.
  • Strong B2B sales background, preferably in plastic products, safety equipment, or industrial supplies.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
  • Knowledge of the UAE market is a plus.

  • Leverage past experience in factory sales to develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Present, promote, and sell products effectively to meet client needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Consistently work towards achieving the monthly sales target of AED 200,000.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates directly to the owner.
