Location: East Liberty, Ohio Workstyle: Onsite Pay Information: $36.04 - $41.19 About this Position: Assure die’s produce quality parts through: Preventative maintenance, die maturation, die repair, and daily trouble shooting. Responsibilities include: Work on daily activities as assigned by the Team Leader. Respond to equipment/die downtime and recovery issues. Monitor equipment/die for potential problems identification Perform quality & running efficiency improvements to the dies Perform scheduled preventative maintenance plans & activities. Perform zone inspections. Perform all phases of equipment troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and/or pneumatic systems. Observe and promote all department safety policies. Quality confirmation of completed work. Who we are seeking: Required Work Experience: Minimum of three months experience in the mechanical and/or die mold maintenance field (including Co-op experience) preferred Two-year degree (electrical/mechanical/or industrial) or equivalent experience (preferred, but not required) Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Desired skills: Application of engineering and manufacturing principles In-Depth understanding of manufacturing processes. Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic 2D and 3D computer-aided-design tools.
