Plastic Surgeon – Aesthetic & Reconstructive

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plastic Surgeon to join our luxury medical clinic in the heart of Dubai. The ideal candidate will specialize in a wide range of aesthetic and reconstructive procedures, with a strong focus on delivering natural, safe, and high-quality results to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform surgical aesthetic procedures including but not limited to:
• Liposuction & body contouring
• Breast augmentation, reduction, and lift (implant & fat transfer techniques)
• Facial procedures: facelift, rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, neck lift, brow lift, otoplasty
• Reconstructive and corrective surgeries

• Conduct non-surgical aesthetic treatments when required (e.g., injectables, fillers, Botox).
• Provide thorough pre-operative consultations and post-operative care.
• Develop tailored treatment plans to meet patient goals while ensuring safety and ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records, clinical documentation, and follow Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest surgical techniques, technologies, and aesthetic trends.
• Build long-term patient relationships, ensuring trust, confidentiality, and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Medical degree with specialization in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.
• Valid DHA license/eligibility to practice as a Plastic Surgeon in Dubai.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in aesthetic surgeries such as liposuction, breast surgery, and facial rejuvenation.
• Strong aesthetic sense, precision, and surgical expertise.
• Excellent communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
• Commitment to the highest standards of safety, ethics, and confidentiality.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or Russian language skills are an advantage).
