Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed evaluations and consultations with patients to assess their needs and treatment options. Design and implement surgical and non-surgical treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals. Perform a variety of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures with a focus on achieving optimal outcomes. Manage pre-operative and post-operative care for all patients. Educate patients about procedures, risks, benefits, and post-operative care requirements. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Stay updated on the latest advancements in plastic surgery techniques and best practices. Maintain meticulous patient records and documentation. Qualifications: Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree with specialization in Plastic Surgery. Board certification in Plastic Surgery. Minimum of 5 years of residency training in plastic surgery. Demonstrated experience in performing a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures. Strong understanding of the latest surgical techniques and technologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient management skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety and satisfaction. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced medical environment.
