This role is pivotal in guiding our cutting-edge tooling operations and plastic injection molding processes into new markets and innovative applications. Responsibilities: Lead and manage tooling operations and plastic injection molding projects. Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Plastics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in tooling operations and plastic injection molding.
