Job Description Plate Designer Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the PP team, ensuring efficient management of the order from initial receipt to output, while strictly controlling backlog and maintaining order quality. A key function of this role is to drive efficiency through automation development and continuous improvement projects. Team Leader will coordinate resource allocation across different teams to consistently meet the department’s daily targets. 1. Order Management - Manage and monitor the entire order pipeline, ensuring timely processing of incoming orders (Receive) and effective control of pending orders (Backlog). - Ensure accuracy and compliance in all order processing activities. - Coordinate with sales/CS, production, and PPC to resolve order-related issues. 2. Continuous Improvement Project Management - Plan, execute, and monitor continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Measure and report on the effectiveness and impact of implemented project improvements. 3. Team & People Management - Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and project needs. - Conduct training and mentorship for team members to enhance their professional capabilities. - Evaluate team performance and foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Qualifications - College and above - Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a prepress department/order management/people management. - Proficiency in using design software (AI/Indesign). - Experience participating in or managing improvement projects. - Good English communication skills are a plus.
