JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Plate/Structural Roller Operator to join our production team. Reporting directly to Processing Lead Hand, you will play a key role in our fast paced custom steel fabrication setting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in plate and structural rolling/forming, with familiarity in CNC controls and metal forming theory. Intermediate blueprint reading skills are essential.

REQUIREMENTS

• Secondary School Graduation Diploma.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience is an asset.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience operating CNC roll form machinery.
• Strong knowledge of various grades of steel products.
• Strong communication skills (written, oral, listening) and attention to detail.
• Ability to read a tape measure in both standard and metric.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.

  Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 43.5 per week

Work Location: In perso

• Roll form various grades of steel plate using 4 roll 14’ CNC Davi MCB4050 and 3 Roll 10’ Sertom RIMI.
• Roll form various structural steel products using FACCIN RCMI 110.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Accurately clock in and out of projects daily.
• Roll/form parts according to provided drawings and instructions.
• Perform cleaning of parts as required.
• Work efficiently within a team to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
