Requirements WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Ventures team can quickly spin up robust data collection and AI-enhanced workflow systems for new prototypes without bottlenecks or security gaps All Ventures data is structured to be accessible to best-in-class AI tools, enabling faster execution and deeper insights Data-driven decision points (prototype to scale) are supported by clean, actionable analysis All family and participant data is handled securely with appropriate access controls and audit trails AI implementations demonstrate measurable time savings or improved quality in Ventures’ research and operations Team members can effectively use platforms you've configured without extensive ongoing support, while following sensible data privacy practices We maintain family trust through responsible data stewardship and ethical AI usage WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Required: Two or more years of experience researching, selecting, and implementing platforms like Hubspot, Supabase, Zapier, Airtable, or similar (experience in multiple preferred), with demonstrated ability to identify efficiency opportunities through strategic tool selection Two or more years of experience using Gen AI tools (OpenAI API, Claude, Gemini, or AI features within SaaS platforms) Experience managing sensitive data and understanding of data privacy principles, security best practices, and security implications of AI models Track record of implementing access controls, data governance procedures, and secure system configurations Strong data analysis skills - comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, basic statistics, and data visualization Proven ability to build workflow automations and system integrations (APIs, n8n, Zapier, etc.) Clear communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration - our ventures fail frequently and that's by design Preferred: Knowledge of HIPAA, FERPA, or other data privacy regulations Experience with secure file transfer protocols and encryption methods Experience in nonprofit, social impact, or pilot program environments handling vulnerable populations' data SQL or other database query experience Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience WORK ENVIRONMENT: ON-SITE ROLE This position is based in our downtown Denver office at Union Station and operates within a professional business setting.
