POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Platform and Online Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on optimizing our B2B sales operations by efficiently managing and coordinating analytical information through a key platform used for recruitment and sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT mindset, exceptional analytical skills, and a commitment to operational excellence. By supporting our B2B sales team, you will enable them to focus on direct sales, ultimately contributing to the company’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Management: Oversee the daily operations of the platform, ensuring the availability of accurate, up-to-date information for internal and external stakeholders.
- Data Coordination and CRM Management: Collect, analyze, and manage data related to course offerings, pricing, and partner information. Ensure the CRM is regularly updated with accurate sales interaction records to support informed decision-making.
- Sales Support and Process Improvement: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide analytical insights and administrative support, enhancing their efforts. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency within the platform.
- Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to team members on the effective use of the platform and related tools, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of IT systems, with experience using platforms that support recruitment and sales activities. Experience with the Edvisor platform would be an advantage.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Administrative Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
