General Summary We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Delivery Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Entra Governance. This role is focused on technical delivery, leading project workstreams, implementing advanced identity security solutions, and guiding customers through critical decisions. The ideal candidate is both a trusted advisor and a hands-on architect who can design, build, and deliver modern identity platforms that address complex enterprise challenges. In addition to project delivery, this role contributes to the growth of the Microsoft consulting practice by supporting sales efforts, identifying opportunities, and helping shape new and enhanced service offerings. ---------------------------------------- Responsibilities * Lead technical delivery of identity security projects and workstreams, ensuring high-quality, on-time outcomes. * Architect and implement solutions leveraging Entra ID, Entra Governance, and related Microsoft technologies. * Guide customers through the adoption of technical controls and governance to modernize paper-based or homegrown processes. * Collaborate with customer teams to refine requirements, uncover hidden needs, and design scalable solutions. * Configure and extend Microsoft Entra solutions using Logic Apps, Function Apps, Graph API, Data Factory, and related Azure services. * Present technical findings, data, and solution recommendations to customer leadership teams. * Act as a thought leader, advising on best practices, emerging trends, and the role of identity security in broader Zero Trust and compliance programs. * * * Mentor delivery team members and contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and technical playbooks. * Support complex identity migrations, integrations, and transformation projects in large enterprise environments. ---------------------------------------- Required Skills * Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Entra ID Governance. * Significant hands-on experience with identity migrations, integrations, and governance implementations. * Strong developer skills for building extensions, workflows, and integrations. * Proven ability to deliver solutions using Logic Apps, Function Apps, Graph API, Data Factory, and other Azure services. * Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps delivery models. * Strong understanding of identity concepts such as SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, privileged access, lifecycle management, and governance. * Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to guide technical decisions and influence customer direction. ---------------------------------------- Required Qualifications * 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years focused on Identity & Access Management. * Prior experience delivering large-scale identity projects in enterprise environments. * Demonstrated expertise migrating from legacy or competitor IAM/IGA platforms to Microsoft Entra. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience. ---------------------------------------- Preferred Certifications * Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100) * Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300) * Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200) * CISSP, CISM, or vendor certifications (Okta, SailPoint, Ping, Saviynt) ---------------------------------------- Additional Skills (Not Required, but Highly Valuable) Experience or familiarity with: * Broader Microsoft Entra Suite, including: * Entra Verified ID * Entra Internet Access & Private Access (ZTNA) * Entra External IDs * Entra Workload IDs * Other IAM/IGA platforms such as MIM, Okta, Ping, SailPoint, and Saviynt. * Migration tooling such as Quest and former Binary Tree for AD migrations and tenant-to-tenant scenarios. * Hybrid Identity solutions leveraging Entra with Cloud Sync or Entra Connect. * Active Directory consolidation for divestitures, mergers, and acquisitions.
