Description

Support the Product Team in gathering and documenting business requirements from internal and external stakeholders. Assist in maintaining and updating alert workflows across multiple channels Help prepare and organize documentation, including business requirements, user stories, test cases, and training materials. Coordinate with technology, marketing, and business partners to track project progress and testing outcomes. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate alert functionality and accuracy prior to release. Assist in facilitating review and approval cycles with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations for client-facing communications. Update and maintain project dashboards, reports, and presentation materials for tracking progress and key metrics. Support “test-and-learn” initiatives such as A/B or multivariate testing to evaluate engagement performance. Contribute to system migration, cleanup, and decommissioning activities related to legacy alerting tools. Stay current on digital marketing technologies, communication best practices, and industry trends related to multi-channel notifications. Support requirement-gathering activities by documenting business needs from internal stakeholders. Assist in developing and maintaining alert workflows and communications across multiple channels including email, SMS, push, and in-app. Provide support for system cleanup, migration, and decommissioning of legacy alerting tools. Stay updated on best practices, tools, and trends in digital communications and marketing technology. Contribute to project planning, release readiness, and business sign-off processes Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
