What You’ll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
We’re on the lookout for a collaborative and solutions-focused Platform Consultant to support and evolve NZAA’s core platforms. In this role, you’ll work closely with both our technology teams and business stakeholders to ensure our platform environment continues to support organisational goals and deliver maximum value.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, adopting new features, and driving best practice platform use across the organisation. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology and wants to influence meaningful change.

  • Partner with business teams to understand platform needs, offer guidance on feature adoption, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and support on new platform features, including user guides and hands-on workshops.
  • Promote best practice by staying current on emerging platform trends and sharing insights across teams.
  • Support compliance and security, ensuring NZAA platforms meet regulatory and industry standards.
  • Champion continuous improvement, exploring new tools and solutions to evolve our platform environment.

About You | Mōu

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a solid background in platform operations and a collaborative approach to working with both technical and business teams. You enjoy solving problems, making systems better, and helping others get the most from the tools they use.

  • 5+ years’ experience in enterprise platform support.
  • Relevant IT qualifications and practical experience.
  • Platform certifications (preferred but not essential).
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach.
