Position Summary - The Platform Enablement Specialist plays a critical role in helping wealth management firms fully leverage their technology ecosystem to drive efficiency and scale. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and advisor experience and focuses on turning platforms into practical, repeatable workflows that teams consistently adopt. This individual partners closely with advisors, client service teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure the firm’s core technology stack including CRM, financial planning, specialized planning, client portals, and learning systems is fully aligned to how teams work day to day. Responsibilities Platform Enablement & Adoption · Support platform configuration and integrations to drive adoption and cross-system efficiency. · Translate platform capabilities into role-based, repeatable workflows aligned to advisor and client service models. CRM Optimization Configure and optimize CRM systems (e.g., workflows, automation, segmentation, reporting). Standardize client lifecycle workflows (prospect ? onboarding ? planning ? service ? retention). Improve data hygiene, reporting accuracy, and pipeline visibility. Partner with advisors to design scalable, growth-oriented processes. Training & Education Develop training materials, job aids, and short-form enablement content. Prepare and coordinate webinars, live workshops, and office hours. Serve as an internal subject matter expert on advisor technology workflows. Translate technical updates into advisor-friendly communication. Manage and maintain training content within the firm’s Learning Management System (LMS), supporting onboarding and ongoing education. Cross-Platform Integration Collaborate with internal tech, operations, and vendor partners to improve system connectivity. Support integrations between CRM, financial planning tools, portfolio management systems, and document management platforms. Document workflows and maintain clear system architecture maps. Continuous Improvement & Insights Monitor system usage metrics and adoption trends. Lead company AI and integration efforts Gather advisor feedback and advocate for enhancements. Stay current on fintech trends and emerging advisor technologies. Recommend improvements aligned with firm growth and advisor experience goals. Requirements Ideal Candidate Profile / Experience 2 to 5+ years of experience in wealth management, fintech, platform enablement, training, implementation, or advisor-facing technology roles. Strong understanding of advisor, client service, and operational workflows within an RIA or independent wealth management firm. Hands-on experience with CRM systems, financial planning software, tax or estate planning tools, or learning platforms. Ability to clearly communicate complex technology concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Consultative, problem-solving mindset with a focus on driving adoption and change. Comfortable presenting to groups and facilitating discussions. Experience supporting multi-platform ecosystems and integrations. Prior experience in training, enablement, or consulting roles within financial services. EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Financial Planning, Information Systems, Education, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
