As a Platform Engineer - Beam, you’ll be instrumental in creating and maintaining an internal developer platform that streamlines software delivery, enhances engineering experience, and ensures performance, reliability, and security. You’ll work within a hybrid team to implement release and deployment automation, configure infrastructure, and troubleshoot issues to maintain platform performance.
You’ll collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform engineering practices.

Day to day, you’ll:

• Create and maintain high-quality DevOps solutions with scalability, fault tolerance, and security in mind.
• Empower developers with self-service tools and workflows that accelerate delivery and reduce risk.
• Configure infrastructure, servers, databases, and cloud services to support application performance.
• Monitor and test platform reliability, scalability, and security.
• Develop technical standards, documentation, and assurance processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimisation across the platform.
