We’re looking for talented Platform Engineers. We need highly skilled professionals who thrive in a challenging environment and are curious and tenacious when it comes to solving problems be they technical or business related.

You will ensure the developed systems are available and provide support to ensure incidents are addressed within service levels.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Should have 4+ years of experience in relevant field.
• Windows Server variants from 2008 onwards
• RHEL Server variants from 5.x onwards

• Undertake maintenance activities of the built systems including patching and lifecycle management.
• Driving automation through understanding processes and implementing improvements.
• Work with project team to analyse CIs for business to take a decision on decommissions.
• Decommission CIs agreed with business with process precision.
• Assess and implement Server OS upgrades, an end to end implementation.
• Collaborating with others including Service owners, service Managers, Software Engineers, Application Developers, Network Technicians, Delivery Managers, and Program Officers and Business Stakeholders. Engineering is a team sport; we achieve outcomes by working together.
• Presenting your work to peers in your immediate team and to engineers, scientists, and managers across the broader Platform Engineering community.
• Participate in standups and take on backlog tickets.
