Our platform, built on a Ruby on Rails API with AngularJS and React front-end, helps our client’s practices manage appointments, track drug inventory, send reminders, and handle insurance claims. We deploy on AWS and are continuing to scale. We're looking for a Platform Engineer to help us grow and strengthen our infrastructure, streamline our development processes, and support our engineering team. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities that will keep the work engaging and provide continuous opportunities to grow and develop your skills. What You'll Do Improve and maintain our CI/CD pipelines Enhance the developer experience Monitor and manage our AWS-based cloud infrastructure Troubleshoot and debug production systems About You You're proactive and get things done You enjoy learning and exploring new technologies You collaborate with others and thrive in a team environment You know how to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively You Might Have Experience With Linux systems (Debian) Writing MySQL queries Deploying Node/Yarn, Ruby/Rails Monitoring tools like Datadog and Rollbar Desired Skills/Experience 3+ years of experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or a similar role Proficiency in scripting and automation Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools Cloud infrastructure, AWS preferred Strong problem-solving skills Must be authorized to work in the United States $100,000 - $130,000 a year Please note: candidates applying for this position must reside within 1-hour driving distance of our Austin, TX office.
