As a Platform Engineer, you will undertake cross-functional engineering projects within small, agile teams. Your role involves building sustainable and reliable services, working on large-scale, technically challenging projects. You’ll collaborate with a team of exceptional engineers, engaging in continuous learning through modern environments like Linux Academy and A Cloud Guru. Responsibilities include:

  • Building infrastructure in AWS using Terraform
  • Debugging complex, multi-server services in a high availability production environment
  • Utilising configuration management tooling, with a preference for Puppet
  • Demonstrating fluency in at least one of Ruby, Go or Python
  • Engaging in CI environments and orchestrating automation processes with other tools
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
