Description

Lead the design, deployment, and management of AI/ML and GenAI models using GCP services such as Vertex AI, Kubeflow, and BigQuery. Champion DevOps best practices across CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, and Spinnaker. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Google Deployment Manager, and Ansible. Manage container orchestration using Kubernetes (GKE preferred), Docker, and Helm. Establish robust monitoring and logging frameworks using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Google Cloud Operations Suite. Drive automation and scripting using Python, Bash, and Go to streamline operations. Ensure compliance with security standards including IAM, VPC, secrets management, and frameworks such as SOC2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed responsible AI practices and model lifecycle governance. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in DevOps/cloud roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Certified in GCP (e.g., Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, Cloud Architect). Proven experience deploying and managing AI/ML and GenAI models in production. Strong understanding of data governance, model lifecycle management, and ethical AI principles. Deep expertise in GCP services and modern DevOps toolchains. Skilled in scripting, automation, and cloud-native architecture.
