ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive and technically astute Platform IntegrationsAnalyst to join the team and take ownership of managing digital distribution integrations with brokers and third-party platforms. This role will be central to ensuring new products are successfully launched via our API channels and that existing integrations run smoothly and effectively.

You’ll lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new integrations, manage product enablement activities, and act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners. In addition, you’ll manage a Junior Integration Analyst, helping them grow in their role and ensuring consistent support for integration activities.

• Lead the onboarding and project management of new integrations with brokers and platforms, from initial scoping through to deployment.
• Manage the delivery of new products via API integrations, including requirements gathering, coordination of testing, and final implementation.
• Act as the primary contact for integration-related queries, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure fast resolution.
• Drive continuous optimisation of existing integrations to enhance performance, usability, and product visibility.
• Manage and mentor a Junior Integration Analyst, including day-to-day oversight, coaching, and performance development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, product, tech, and business development teams to ensure seamless execution of integration projects.
• Efficient tracking of all activity in project management tools.
