QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s degree with specialist experience (5-10 years) in Engineering, Optics or Physics.
• Experience as people leader for at least 3-5 years with proven leadership skills.
• Ability to represent the R&D team internally & externally, with a good sense of situation.
• Experienced with project management, statistical & RCA methodologies.
• Excellent communication/presentations skills, as well as interpersonally tactful.
• Clever in navigating organizational dynamics.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in representing the company in standardization committees is a plus.
• Six sigma black belt will be an advantage.

• Leads, organizes and builds the functional area.
• Formulates plans, goals and budget, and implements these after approval.
• Analyzes business processes and procedures with main focus on own functional area and initiates new ways to optimize business processes in cooperation with other departments and teams.
