Job description:About the role: Defines platform standards and roadmap; bridges Dev, Ops, and Security for reliability and compliance. The expertise requested: • Define platform roadmap and standards (IaC, networking, observability, security posture).• Oversee K8s, CI/CD, and cloud governance frameworks (multi-account setup, guardrails).• Establish SLAs/SLOs, incident response playbooks, and change management processes.• Partner with software teams to make infrastructure self-service (e.g., golden pipelines, reusable templates).• Align cost optimization, reliability, and compliance (FinOps + SRE principles).
