As Platform Manager for Integration Services, you are responsible for the integration development capability that connect systems and data across IKEA. You take lead in defining and delivering a high-quality service that meets the evolving needs from product and platform teams for unlocking and sharing data. You drive performance and remove friction though fostering a Platform-as-a-Product mindset. Treating our integration service as a product, where success is measured by the velocity and value gained in the teams who consume it, you provide a service that ranges from development and operations of integrations to providing self-service to teams to sharing best practices. You and your team have in-depth understanding of the integration landscape at IKEA that you nurture and love to share. Modernisation is a key part of your work, driving the shift towards a simple integration landscape where data is shared through events and APIs. Working closely with stakeholders and platform networks, you connect business needs with platform capabilities and communicate roadmaps and plans in a simple, accessible way. You also foster strong DevOps practices, automation and developer experience to support faster and more reliable delivery. Leading people is a big part of the job. Through competence development, succession planning, and an innovation mindset, you create the conditions for teams to thrive. You also take responsibility for budget planning, cost monitoring, and optimising spend. And by encouraging DevOps practices, automation, and a great developer experience, you help shorten delivery cycles and make life easier for many teams across IKEA. About you You combine technical depth with architecture and service delivery. You understand end‑to‑end digital product development and are comfortable with: enterprise integration patterns for event-driven architecture, API Management and data replication frameworks like ITIL for IT service operations agile frameworks, scaled delivery models, using metrics and OKRs to track value and drive continuous improvement. technology ecosystems with platforms and architecture across cloud and on‑prem environments, including DevOps, automation and modern software engineering principles. You understand how IKEA works as a franchise system and have a good sense of our strategic direction and core business needs. You enjoy translating complex technical topics into simple business language. Budget awareness, cost optimisation and strong organisational skills help you lead transformation in a clear and structured way, even in fast‑changing or ambiguous situations. You communicate with purpose, collaborate naturally across units, and build trusted relationships with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
