Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Platform Manager/Engineer to lead the development of cloud-agnostic platforms and support the accreditation of software and platforms for government Authority to Operate (ATO). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and extensive experience in cloud technologies and compliance frameworks. This role requires a Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 18+ years of experience in relevant fields. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and manage cloud-agnostic platforms that meet enterprise and government requirements. Lead efforts to obtain and maintain ATO accreditation for software and platforms, ensuring compliance with federal security standards (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement secure, scalable, and efficient platform solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams. Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and compliance regulations to ensure platforms remain innovative and compliant. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of experience, OR Bachelor’s degree with 18+ years of experience. Extensive experience in developing and managing cloud-agnostic platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Proven expertise in obtaining and maintaining government ATO accreditation for software or platforms. Strong understanding of federal compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, NIST, and FISMA. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., Google, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert). Experience with DevSecOps practices and tools.
